About

I'm Endi. I'm an engineer, and I'd rather show you the mechanism than tell you it's magic.

I teach Claude Code, agents, and MCP by building the thing on screen first, then going back and taking apart the part that actually did the work.

The gap I sit in

There is no shortage of people making AI content right now, and most of it lands in one of two piles.

The first pile is pure reaction: someone genuinely amazed at a demo, telling you they have no idea how it works. That's honest, and it's fun to watch, but you finish the video knowing exactly as much as you started with. The second pile is tutorials from people who have never had to maintain the thing they just built. It works on screen. It falls over the moment you change one requirement.

Wonder is fine. I get it too. But wonder plus “here's why it works” is worth far more, and almost nobody is doing it.

That gap is the whole reason this site exists. I can show you what's happening under the hood in about ten seconds, and I've shipped and maintained the things I'm talking about. Both halves matter. Either one on its own is what you can already get everywhere else.

What that gets you

One build a week, and the file that lets you do it yourself. When a release doesn't change anything for you, I'll say so. That's most of them. When something genuinely changes what you can ship, I'll show you the change working rather than describe it.

I don't sell inside the work. Every config, prompt, and design file I use is on the freebies page, free, with no sequence to sit through first. If the result is any good it makes its own case, and if it isn't, no amount of script would have saved it.

Whether this is for you

I'd rather you leave now than be disappointed in six weeks.

You'll get a lot out of this if

  • You use Claude Code and suspect you're driving it badly
  • You can open a terminal but don't write code all day
  • You've shipped something with AI and it looked generated
  • You want the config file, not the inspiration

You'll be annoyed here if

  • You want to hear which model won this week's benchmark
  • You're looking for a $2,000 course with a countdown timer
  • You want screenshots of someone's revenue dashboard
  • You'd rather be told it's magic than shown the mechanism

The five formats

Everything I publish is one of these. One idea each, one thing to do at the end.

01The Build
Something gets made start to finish. You see the working result before I explain a single step.
02The Fix
One specific thing you're doing wrong, and the change that takes under a minute.
03The Verdict
Is this tool real, or could I clone it in a weekend? I'll tell you which, and show my reasoning.
04The Reaction
A release everyone's shouting about, read by someone who can actually check the claim.
05The List
A short, saveable set of things that go together. No filler entries to hit a round number.

Things you will never see here

·Fake numbers, or screenshotted revenue
·Reviews of tools I've only watched a video about
·A benchmark result sold to you as a real capability
·Twenty-tip lists where fifteen are filler
·A countdown timer on anything
·An affiliate link I wouldn't use myself
