Buka.labs ("I," "me," or "my") is run by Endi and operates the bukalabs.com website. This page explains what personal information is collected when you use the site, and what happens to it.

Information I Collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter or request a free file, I collect your email address. Some technical information is also collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed.

How I Use It

Your email address is used to:

  • Send the weekly email: one build, plus the file that goes with it
  • Deliver any free file you asked for
  • Reply if you write to me directly

That's the whole list. You will not be added to a separate sequence, and I don't email on any other schedule.

Who Else Sees It

Email is handled by Kit, which stores your address on my behalf in order to send the emails. I do not sell, trade, or otherwise pass your personal information to anyone else. Anonymised, aggregate data may be used to understand what people read.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are used to keep the site working and to see which pages get read. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are in place to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, and you can ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@bukalabs.com.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
